Smartcash PSB sought to strengthen market penetration and improve wallet acquisition performance across Northwestern Nigeria as part of its expansion and financial inclusion strategy.
The client required a scalable activation structure capable of rapidly onboarding customers while maintaining operational quality across multiple states and large field teams.
CPPL designed a full-scale field activation program across Kano, Katsina, Sokoto, Zamfara, Kebbi, and Kaduna. We implemented a structured deployment framework supported by 770 field agents and 29 supervisors. The campaign incorporated assisted onboarding, customer education, market visibility initiatives, and community engagement.
Teams conducted daily activation drives across markets, commercial areas, retail clusters, and community locations. CPPL maintained strict operational monitoring through daily activity reporting, KPI reviews, performance pairing, and rapid retraining interventions during network downtimes.
The campaign generated over 71,130 wallets while significantly improving customer engagement and product visibility. Monthly onboarding performance increased substantially during the campaign period, demonstrating the effectiveness of CPPL’s structured field activation methodology.
Performance-based supervision, strong field coordination, buffer recruitment systems, and rapid operational adaptability contributed significantly to campaign success.
