About the Project.
Challenge: Empowering women from lower demography in Lagos with entrepreneurial skills and resources to improve their economic standing.
Solution: CPPL Consulting facilitated a capacity-building program as part of Coca-Cola Nigeria’s 5by20 initiative. In collaboration with the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, we trained over one thousand women, equipping them with essential skills to thrive in their business endeavors. Each participant received ₦50,000 worth of Coca-Cola products and minimal tools of trade as seed capital.
Results: The project was a resounding success, with trained women utilizing their new skills to create and sustain profitable ventures. The initiative received high commendations from the project owners, Coca Cola Nigeria and the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund.
