Chinwe is a seasoned Business Development professional specializing in Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing and Capacity Development. She has over 25 years of experience gained in financial services, consulting, training, media and volunteering with women issues.
Chinwe is currently the General Manager, Operations of the Nigerian office of a multi-disciplinary organization, Harley Reed, with headquarters in the United Kingdom and offices across Africa. She provides general oversight of all activities overseeing the operational and commercial aspects of all offerings to ensure sustainable profitability in the Nigerian office.
She was part of the pitch team for the Ecobank ‘Shinda Baabkwubwa’ or ‘Win Big with
Ecobank’ Campaign, a 6-month long campaign which she project managed end-to-end in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.
Career
On a volunteer basis, she provides oversight of the Counselling Unit across all the expressions of the House of Freedom, a faith based organisation operating in the heart of Lagos that caters to the spiritual needs of over 5000 people.
Chinwe is also a public speaker and expresses her love for family through her program Dove Eyes with Chinwe Kalu, a family-oriented program on YouTube. She holds a BSc in Chemistry and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) both from the University of Lagos.
